Ingredients:

Grilled Chicken
- 4 boneless chicken pieces
- 1 Maggi Jumbo Chicken Cube
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tbsp rosemary chopped (either fresh or dried)
- 2-3 tbsp corn oil
- 400ml apple sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bunch of fresh herbs to garnish

Apple Sauce
- 2 tbsp each of chopped onion and garlic
- 2 apples sliced
- 3-4 curry leaves
- 1 inch piece pandanus leaf
- 5-6 pepper corns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- Pinch of curry powder and turmeric powder
- 1 Maggi Jumbo Chicken Cube
- 1 cup thick milk made from Maggi Coconut Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp corn oil
- Bit of flour
- Salt to taste

Method
Grilled Chicken
- Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle a Maggi Jumbo Chicken Cube, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard paste, chopped rosemary, pepper and salt if require. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken skin side down first on either on a heated grill or flat saucepan and cook till it's golden brown.
- Then turn the chicken over and cook for a further 10 minutes on medium heat until the chicken is done.
- Serve warm with apple sauce.
Apple Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan and temper onion, garlic, pandanus leaf, curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and pepper corns.
- Add the sliced apples to the pan and temper. Add a bit of flour, curry powder and turmeric powder to the apple mixture and stir.
- Add thick milk made from Maggi Coconut Milk Powder and bring to boil.
- Simmer the mixture on medium heat and sprinkle a Maggi Jumbo Chicken Cube. Stir well.
- Take off the fire and strain the mixture.
