- Marking the second phase of its LKR 10 billion investment commitment to Sri Lanka, Nestlé Lanka invested LKR 1.2 billion in a new Noodle Manufacturing Plant to increase and upgrade output for Nestlé’s popular Maggi Noodles range.
- Marking the third investment milestone, Nestlé Lanka opened a new UHT milk plant as an extension of its current processing facilities. This latest investment accounts for approximately LKR 750 million of the Nestlé’s total LKR 10 billion investment commitment to the country. Nestlé’s new UHT milk plant will further expand the company’s capacity for its popular dairy based beverages.
