- In accordance with section 485 (6) of the Companies Act No.7 of 2007 enacted by the Government of Sri Lanka, as of 25 June 2007, the Company is hereinafter referred to as Nestlé Lanka PLC and the new number of the Company is PQ 20.
- On 31 December 2007, the Polonnaruwa Plant and its associated housing complex was returned to the relevant authorites. Polonnaruwa operations were relocated to the Kurunegala Factory.
