NESTOMALT – “Dinapatha Lakshapathi Waram”
CONSUMER PROMOTION CAMPAIGN
Nestlé Lanka Limited, (hereinafter “NESTLÉ”) is hosting a promotion campaign for NESTOMALT (NESTOMALT Dinapatha Lakshapathi Waram) hereinafter referred to as the “campaign” (for easy reference).
The campaign is valid from 16th June 2025 to 15th August 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “campaign period”). The promotion is only valid for NESTOMALT 400g BIB (Bag in box).
The campaign intends to give away cash prizes of LKR 100,000 to each winner.
Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this campaign is open to all Sri Lankan citizens above 18 years of age as at 16th June 2025. Excluded here are NESTLÉ’s employees, trainees, interns and their family members, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.
- Entry criteria requires participants to send the unique code printed on the pack with their NIC number through SMS to 2343. Children below 18 years of age as at 16th June 2025 are not eligible for this competition.
- Consumer needs to retain pack with them till the end of the competition.
- Deadline for entries will be 11.59 pm on 7th August 2025. Participants must ensure participation within this campaign period.
- Entries which do not meet the above criteria and received after the campaign period will be rejected.
- The promotion will consist of weekly draws of 60 winners at a time who will each win LKR 100,000. Their names will be announced via TV & social media in bi-weekly batches of 30. There will be a total of 300 winners selected within the campaign period.
- The selected winners will be required to produce the physical pack in order to be eligible for the cash prize.
- For any issues related to claiming the cash prize, or any complaints with regard to the receipt of the cash prizes, consumers should contact the NESTLÉ Consumer Services hotline (0094)011 - 4724724.
- However, NESTLÉ shall not be liable to any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the prize winners.

- The decision of NESTLÉ on the selection of the winners shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Award of cash prizes is subject to the verification by NESTLÉ which shall use basic audit standards to verify the genuineness of the entry and the legitimacy of the Winner. In case there are any conflicts in the legitimacy of the Winner or genuineness of the entry, NESTLÉ is entitled to quash the prize at any given point against such claimed Winner or Participant. In case the Winner(s) are not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, NESTLÉ will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another participant without any further notice to the Winner.
- In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a Winner, it shall automatically mean that the person's name has not come through the selection process and that he/she is not a Winner.
- The selected 300 winners will be contacted to obtain their full name, bank details, address and age (to verify that they are adults). An open invite will be issued to all winners inviting them to attend a dedicated gifting event (to be held in the Colombo district) where the 100,000 cash prize will be issued via printed bank drafts/cheques containing their obtained full name or name with initials.
- Any participant unable to attend the gifting event, could assign someone on their behalf to collect their reward. This assignee must have written permission from the winner allowing them to collect the reward on their behalf and show proof of Identification of the winner & the pack with the winning Unique Promo code.
- The bank drafts/cheques will have a 6-month validity period during which the winner must encash it, else he/she will have to follow the terms and conditions imposed by the bank’s in reissuance of another bank draft.
- Each winner will be required to sign a confirmation of receipt of reward on the day of the rewarding which will state their full name, NIC, date & bank draft reference number.
- By participating in this campaign, it permits NESTLÉ to use the Participant's name, photo, voice, entry, and other relevant details for purposes of publicity, edition, presentation, brand study, market research, advertising and/or trade without further approval, permission, compensation or notice for an unlimited period.
- By participating in this campaign, each participant expressly consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by Nestle Lanka Limited in accordance with its Privacy Notice available at https://www.nestle.lk/aboutus/businessprinciples/privacy. This may include, but is not limited to, the participant’s name, contact details, bank details and any other information provided for the purposes of administering the campaign, promotional communications, and other related activities. Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy prior to participating in this campaign
- No consideration is payable by NESTLÉ against use of any entries received for the campaign.
- NESTLÉ reserves the right to reject, delete, or remove any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by NESTLÉ for rejecting, deleting, or removing any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
- Failure of the participant to adhere to the above, gives the right to NESTLÉ to disqualify the entry from the campaign.
- NESTLÉ reserves its rights to cancel or remove any entry or usage of the campaign by any participant at any point of time, at its discretion. The decision of NESTLÉ shall be final and binding on this.
- NESTLÉ reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter, or cancel this campaign in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of NESTLÉ in this regard and in general with respect to this campaign and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding.
- NESTLÉ shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
- If a participant is dissatisfied with the campaign and/or the terms and conditions of the campaign, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to participate in the campaign
