Entering the competition

  • Participants are required to complete following two steps to be eligible to win.

  • Competition is available on the Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages of Nestlé Lanka.

Selection of winners

  • Winners will be selected at random by Nestlé Lanka.
  • List of winners published by Nestlé Lanka will be final and binding.
  • The day on which winners will be announced will not be disclosed in advance.
  • Competition will end after the announcement of winners.

Claiming prizes

  • Winners are required to inbox Nestlé Lanka within a period of two weeks from the date of the winner announcement to claim the prize.
  • Winners are required to provide their full name, telephone number and address to Nestlé Lanka.
  • Winners will be entitled to a prize as decided by Nestlé Lanka and subject to availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed / exchanged for cash.
  • By participating in this campaign, it permits Nestlé to use the participant's name, photo, voice, entry, and other relevant details for purposes of publicity, edition, presentation, brand study, market research, advertising and/or trade without further approval, permission, compensation or notice for unlimited period.
  • Any issues related to claiming the prize or any complaints regarding the receipt of the prize, should be raised via Nestlé Lanka Consumer Services hotline (0094) 0114724724. However, Nestlé Lanka shall not be liable for any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the prize winners.
  • Nestlé reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter, or cancel this campaign in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Nestlé in this regard and in general with respect to this campaign and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding.
  • If a participant is dissatisfied with the campaign and/or the terms and conditions of the campaign, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to participate in the campaign.
