Ingredients:

- 200g Kadala Parippu washed and soaked in water
- 100g Ma Karal (Sri Lankan Long Beans)
- 50g of Gram Flour
- 1 pack of Maggi Rasa Musu (the product is fortified with iron. One pack provides 1/3 of the Recommended Daily Allowance of iron for adults)
- 6 finely chopped Red Onions
- 1 finely chopped Green Chili
- Finely chopped Rampe and Karapincha
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of Chili Pieces
- Salt to taste

Method
Take the washed and soaked Kadala Parippu and grind it. Add onions, green chili, rampe, karapincha, spices, ma karal (Sri Lankan long beans), Maggi Rasa Musu and salt to the ground Kadala Parippu and ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Next, add the gram flour to this mixture until the appropriate firmness and texture has been reached. The resulting mixture should be easy to mould into a patty of any size you desire.
Heat up a frying pan with oil and then fry the vade until golden brown.
