Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 200g (soaked for 30 mins)
  • Spinach 250g
  • Coriander & Minchi leaves
  • Maggi Magic Chicken seasoning 1 packet
  • Coconut oil 2tbsp
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Cumin ½tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Green chili 2
  • Spring onion 100g
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (2 cups to boil rice)

Method

  1. Dissolve Maggi Magic Chicken seasoning in boiling water then add minchi and coriander leaves and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin. Then add the bay leaves, cinnamon stick, onion, garlic and green chilies
  3. Then add spinach and mix well for two minutes
  4. Then mix with rice and cook for another 10 minutes
