Method
- Roast the green gram in a pan lightly
- Cook the rice , green gram and clove powder in 2 liters of water
- Heat the grated jiggery in a separate pan till it becomes a thick syrup, and add to the rice mixture
- Then add the coconut milk to the rice mixture and let it cook
- Once the rice is done take off the fire
