Good to remember - This helps to lower LDL or "bad cholesterol" and increases HDL or "good cholesterol" in the blood
Method
In a saucepan , mix Milkmaid, water and sugar, and cook until thick. Then add stewed pineapple and ginger preserve. Further cook for a few minutes till water evaporates.
Then add 60g of sesame, cardamoms and vanilla. Cook until ball consistency is formed.
Take off fire and spread mixture on the table. Sprinkle rest of the sesame seeds on top and roll out. Cut into diamond shaped pieces.
