  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • • Oil to fry

Good to Know - Cooking oils undergo rapid chemical changes due to uncontrolled heat applied during frying.

Good to remember - When you deep fry food avoid repeated usage of the same oil for frying purposes since this could generate harmful chemicals in the oil.

     

Method

  1. Mix the beaten egg with Milkmaid and flour. Add water until the mixture is the right consistency.
  2. Heat the Kokis mould in hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown, remove from mould and place on tissue to absorb the oil.
