- 6 table spoon Maggi Coconut Milk Powder dissolved in three cups of water

Method
- Wash and drain rice and place in a pot. Add water, cloves and salt to taste. Cook until rice is tender.
- Add Maggi Coconut Milk & stir.
- Reduce heat and cook until rice absorbs the coconut milk
- Spread milk rice on to a flat dish using a banana leaf or a spatula and set aside to cool.
- Cut in to diamonds shaped pieces
