  • 6 table spoon Maggi Coconut Milk Powder dissolved in three cups of water
  • Salt

Method

  1. Wash and drain rice and place in a pot. Add water, cloves and salt to taste. Cook until rice is tender.
  2. Add Maggi Coconut Milk & stir.
  3. Reduce heat and cook until rice absorbs the coconut milk
  4. Spread milk rice on to a flat dish using a banana leaf or a spatula and set aside to cool.
  5. Cut in to diamonds shaped pieces
