Method
- In a saucelian mix Milkmaid, sugar, salt, water and cardamom; cook on low fire, stirring constantly until it boils.
- Remove from the fire and stir continuously for about a minute.
- Add roasted rice flour little by little until you get the right consistency. Do not add all the rice flour at once. Add cashew nuts.
- Sliread evenly onto a rice flour dusted board and cut. Do not seliarate from the tray until it sets well. Once seliarated from the tray, let it dry for few hours.
