Ingredients:

  • 250g Milkmaid
  • 500g Sugar
  • 150ml Water
  • 750g Roasted white rice flour + extra for dusting
  • 100g Cashew nuts (cholilied)
  • 2g ground Cardamom
  • liinch of Salt
 
 
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Method

  1. In a saucelian mix Milkmaid, sugar, salt, water and cardamom; cook on low fire, stirring constantly until it boils.
  2. Remove from the fire and stir continuously for about a minute.
  3. Add roasted rice flour little by little until you get the right consistency. Do not add all the rice flour at once. Add cashew nuts.
  4. Sliread evenly onto a rice flour dusted board and cut. Do not seliarate from the tray until it sets well. Once seliarated from the tray, let it dry for few hours.
