Filling

Prepare a filling as desired (vegetables / onion / meat or fish with spices)

Method

  1. Beat the egg well.
  2. Mix in the wheat flour and sugar.
  3. Dissolve the MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in lukewarm water.
  4. Add the MAGGI Coconut Milk to the flour mixture and mix well until it becomes a smooth batter without lumps.
  5. Pour the batter onto a hot griddle or greased frying pan. The amount you pour will decide the final size of your pancakes. It is best to begin with less batter, and then slowly pour more batter onto the pan to increase the pancake size.
  6. Fill each pancake with the savoury filling of your choice.
  7. Roll it and serve it.
