Good to Know - Kurakkan is an important element for your diet because of its uniquely high content of nutrients, including higher amounts of dietary fibre, protein, high B-vitamin content, as well as calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium.

Good to remember - High level dietary fibre will maintain Glycemic Index (GI) at lower levels. A low-GI food will release glucose more slowly and steadily, which leads to more suitable after meal blood glucose readings.

     

Method

  1. Add water to the Kurakkan flour and mix well.
  2. Keep the mixture on a low fire and mix properly.
  3. When the mixture starts to thicken, add the MAGGI Coconut Milk.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cook until the mixture reaches boiling point and take off from the stove.
