  • 2 cups - Any sort of edible local dark green leaves ( Hathawariya, Polpala, Gotukola, Mukunuwenna , Curry leaves)
  • 2 tbsp of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder dissolved in 1 ½ cups of water
  • One cup of water
  • 2 tbsp red rice (kekulu rice)
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Wash rice and keep on the low fire.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and blend leaves and strain the juice.
  3. Add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder to cooked rice and stir well.
  4. Finally add in the strained juice.
  5. Add salt to taste.
