Method
- Soak the green gram for 12 hours and wash it thoroughly afterwards.
- Wash the rice and mix it with the green gram.
- Add salt to taste and put the rice and green gram mixture to boil.
- Dissolve MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in 1 ½ cups of water.
- Once the rice is cooked, add in the MAGGI Coconut Milk. Once it is mixed in well, continue to cook the rice on a slow fire.
- Once cooked, place the rice mixture on a banana leaf, spread evenly and cut into diamond shaped pieces.
