Christmas Campaign 2025 - T & C
1. Nestlé Lanka Limited, (hereinafter “Nestlé”) is hosting a campaign for NESCAFÉ (hereinafter referred to as the “NESCAFÉ Christmas Brew Magician Campaign” for easy reference)via digital mediums.
2. The campaign is valid from 20th December 2025 to 12th January 2026. (hereinafter referred to as “campaign period”). Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within this campaign period. The campaign is available for the above campaign period only.
3. Participation in this campaign is optional and voluntary.
4. Participation in this campaign is open to all Sri Lankan citizens, except employees, trainees, interns of Nestle Lanka Limited, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners and outsourced staff of Nestlé and their family members. Children below 12 years of age are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
5. Entry criteria require participants to:
- Create a Hot coffee recipe/creation using any product from the NESCAFÉ portfolio (NESCAFÉ Classic, NESCAFÉ Gold, NESCAFÉ 3in1, or NESCAFÉ RTD) during the campaign period.
- Film a video of the recipe/creation process clearly showing the use of the NESCAFÉ product.
- Post it on their own YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok profiles with #NESCAFÉ BM and #NESCAFÉ and tag the NESCAFE official page.
- Send the video link to the NESCAFÉ WhatsApp number. ((0094) 0777 223 535)
- Each participant can submit any number of entries.
- All entries must be originally filmed videos; purchased or digitally manipulated footage will be rejected. Recipes must be non-alcoholic, genuinely consumable, and any entry using impractical, hazardous, or inedible ingredients solely for visual effect will be deemed invalid. Participants are strictly prohibited from resubmitting content from previous Nestlé Lanka Limited campaigns or competitions, as this will result in disqualification. Links to uploaded entries must be submitted to the NESCAFÉ WhatsApp number ((0094) 0777 223 535) within 24 hours of posting; failure to do so will result in the entry being invalid. To facilitate verification, participants must keep their social media profiles set to 'Public' and ensure that all entry links shared via WhatsApp remain active for at least three (3) months from the date of publication. Any entry that fails to meet these criteria or is received after the campaign period will be rejected
6. Any issues related to claiming the gifts should be raised via the Nestlé Lanka Consumer Services hotline (0094)0114724724.
7. However, Nestlé shall not be liable for any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the Winners.
8. Winners will be informed how to and when to collect the gifts.
a) All the participants that meet the eligibility criteria will receive a gift (NESCAFE product).
During the campaign period, the most creative 2 entries (2 winners) will be selected based on creativity and originality, and the winners will receive gift vouchers as follows.

At the end of the campaign period, additional prizes will be awarded under another two special categories: Most Entries Submitted and Most Views Generated, Winners and the prices are as follows.

1st price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 100,000
2nd price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 50,000
3nd price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 25,000
Highest Number of Entries at the end of Campaign period
1st price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 100,000
2nd price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 50,000
3nd price - Gift voucher worth Rs. 25,000
The decision of Nestlé on the selection of the Winners shall be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
b) The Winners must provide a photocopy/image of their National Identity Card and details requested by Nestlé.
c) Award of prizes is subject to verification by Nestlé. Nestlé shall use basic audit standards to verify the legitimacy of the Winner. In case there are any conflicts in the legitimacy of the Winner, Nestlé is entitled to quash the prize at any given point against such claimed Winner or participant. Video views obtained through third-party platforms or methods that are not authentic will be deemed invalid and disqualified from consideration. In case the Winner(s) are not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the prize for any reason whatsoever, Nestlé will reserve the right to pass on the prize to another participant without any further notice to the Winner.
d) In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a Winner, it shall automatically mean that the person's name has not come through the selection process and that he/she is not a Winner.
e) The prize is non-transferable.
f) By participating in this campaign, it permits Nestlé to use the participant's name, photo, voice, entry, and other relevant details for purposes of publicity, edition, presentation, brand study, market research, advertising and/or trade without further approval, permission, compensation or notice for unlimited period.
g) No consideration is payable by Nestlé against the use of any entries received for the campaign.
h) Nestlé reserves the right to reject, delete, or remove any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by Nestlé for rejecting, deleting, or removing any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
i) The content used in the entry should not contain any offensive, defamatory, indecent, abusive content, pictorial representation, or language that can in any manner will be deemed as offensive by any section of society or prohibited under any religion or law. Nestlé reserves its rights to cancel or remove any entry or usage of the campaign by any participant at any point of time, at its discretion. The decision of Nestlé shall be final and binding on this.
j) Failure of the participant to adhere to the above, gives the right to Nestlé to disqualify the entry from the campaign.
k)The participant undertakes that the content submitted by him/her for the campaign shall not violate or infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. The participant shall be solely liable for the violation of the same.
l) Hereby agrees that the participant has taken requisite permission from any and all such person/s and or property owner whose image/ picture/ or any form of property is included in the content provided by the Participant towards this campaign. In case of any disputes/ complaints raised by such third party shall be the liability of the Participant. Nestlé is not responsible to address such issues or complaints from any party/ third party/ participant.
m) Nestlé reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter, or cancel this campaign in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Nestlé in this regard and in general with respect to this campaign and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final, binding.
n) Nestlé shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
(o)By participating in this campaign, each participant expressly consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by Nestle Lanka Limited in accordance with its Privacy Notice available at https://www.nestle.lk/aboutus/businessprinciples/privacy. This may include, but is not limited to, the participant’s name, contact details and any other information provided for the purposes of administering the campaign, promotional communications, and other related activities. Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy prior to participating in this campaign
9. If the selected Winners do not share the requested details to claim the gifts, the gift of the Winner will be cancelled.
10. Selected creators will have the opportunity to collaborate with NESCAFÉ on future creator campaigns!
11. If a participant is dissatisfied with the campaign and/or the terms and conditions of the campaign, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to participate in the campaign.
12. Entries received after 11.59pm on 12th of January 2026 will be rejected.
