Our HR team won GOLD at the recent SLITAD Awards, which recognises best practices in people development across Sri Lankan business enterprises. Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Training & Development, the awards received over 50 applications from a multitude of industries, including F&B, IT, Telecommunications, Healthcare etc.

We were awarded Gold for our best-in-class practices in performance and talent management, learning and development, employee recognition initiatives and other innovative HR practices.
