Maggi was voted ‘Youth Food Brand of the Year’ for the fourth time by young consumers at the 2017 SLIM-Nielsen Awards. This is the fifth consecutive year that Maggi has won a SLIM-Nielsen People’s Award. The brand won ‘Youth Food Brand of the Year’ in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017, and ‘Food Brand of the Year’ in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Nescafé the world’s premium coffee brand, was voted by Sri Lankan consumers as the number one hot beverage brand in the country at the SLIM-Nielsen Peoples Awards in 2012.
The SLIM - Nielsen People’s Awards is Sri Lanka’s premier marketing awards ceremony. Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) together with the Nielsen Research Agency, it recognises brands, personalities, communication campaigns and more that have made a profound impression on Sri Lankans. Award recipients are chosen by consumers between the ages of 15 to 60 via a structured questionnaire conducted by Nielsen island wide.
