Keerthi Pathiraja

Keerthi Pathiraja is an Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Bar in 2004. He holds a Masters Degree in International Business Law and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He was appointed the Company Secretary to Nestlé Lanka with effect from 01 January 2016, prior to which he was the Head of Legal and Board Secretary at Laugfs Group of Companies. He also functions as the Secretary to the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee.
