Svetlana Boldina

Svetlana (Sveta) Boldina is the Director - Finance & Control (F&C) and Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé India Limited. She was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Nestlé Lanka PLC effective 1 March 2023.

Sveta joined Nestlé Russia in 1998, where she subsequently took on roles with increasing responsibilities in accounting & reporting, tax planning and optimization. She also served as Chief Accountant in the initial years of her career. Sveta has also taken on various roles including Corporate Controller for Business Controlling & Planning, Country Controller for Nestlé Bulgaria, and Head of F&C for Nestlé Czech & Slovak. Prior to taking on her current position Sveta was the Head of F&C for Nestlé Indonesia, where she has contributed significantly towards effective business decisions, as well as developing and shaping a professional Finance and Information Systems & Information Technology (ISIT) teams. Sveta has displayed strong functional capabilities, combined with leadership and drive to achieve business outcomes, active stakeholder management and in ensuring robust co-piloting.
