Limit junk food

Junk food tastes good, but it is high in energy and has little nutritional value.

Most of the fried, starchy food, sweetened beverages and quick snacks available around us are 'junk food'.

Junk food may not be the most healthy food choice. By including them in your diet on a regular basis, you will replace valuable nutrients essential for your growth and activities and also increase the risk of developing serious health complications over time. If you can't resist them, you have to eat them sparingly.
