MethodSlice the pumpkin into thin wedges. Add the pack of Maggi Rasa Musu to the pumpkin wedges, and apply well. Beat the egg yolk and apply that too, followed by the gram flour and rice flour. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well and applied well on to the pumpkin wedges. Bring the cooking oil up to frying temperature. Add the pumpkin wedges a few at a time into the oil and fry until they are a crispy golden brown. |
