MethodTake the washed and soaked Kadala Parippu and grind it. Add onions, green chili, rampe, karapincha, spices, ma karal (Sri Lankan long beans), Maggi Rasa Musu and salt to the ground Kadala Parippu and ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Next, add the gram flour to this mixture until the appropriate firmness and texture has been reached. The resulting mixture should be easy to mould into a patty of any size you desire. Heat up a frying pan with oil and then fry the vade until golden brown. |
