Tropical Maggi Coconut Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 200ml malibu
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 500ml Maggi Coconut Milk
  • Concentratea – thin
  • 4 tsp mango pulp or cordial
  • 2 - bananas
  • 16 ice cubes
  • 4 tsp lime juice
 

Garnish:

  • 4 nos lime slice
     

Method

Put all ingredients except the slices of lime and blend well with ice cubes.

Garnish: each with a slice of lime

Serving Suggestion: Serve in a high ball glass.

Maggi Coconut Milk Concentrates

To make Thick Maggi Coconut Milk Concentrate - mix 8 tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk with 200ml warm water (approx. 35c) & cool

To make Thin Maggi Coconut Milk Concentrate - mix 5 tbsp Maggi Coconut Milk with 200ml warm water (approx. 35c) & cool
